The FMS Pahang Patient Counter is a web-based application designed to help healthcare staff under the Family Medicine Services (FMS) in Pahang record and monitor daily clinical activities efficiently.

The app simplifies the process of documenting patient load, consultation categories, and duty status across primary care facilities. It supports operational monitoring and promotes data-driven decision-making within the service.
